What is the SPA-LTC Champion Portal?
The SPA-LTC Champion Portal is a private, members-only online space for Champion Teams across New Brunswick.
It’s a place to connect, share real-world experiences, and learn from other Champions who are putting a palliative approach into practice.
Champions have unlimited access to education, resources, tools, recordings and an online community to support their work.
